Strongman Training
Our strongman training program is coached by international strongwoman champion Taylor Woods. Our program runs twice weekly; on Sundays from 11:30 – 1:00, and Tuesdays from 12:00 – 1:30.
Unique Movements
Strongman training provides our athletes an opportunity to train with a wide variety of uncommon strength equipment, including logs, yolks, and other strongman specialty equipment. While our strongman training includes many conventional strength exercises, access to these unique pieces of equipment provides new challenges and areas of growth for our members.
