CrossFit Kids is a weekly program for youth ages 8-11. Our CrossFit Kids program is designed to introduce participants to foundational movement patterns to develop strength and awareness, as well as set them up for a lifetime of athletic performance and healthy practices. CrossFit Kids meets weekly on Fridays at 5:30 and Sunday at 9:00.
CrossFit Teens is a weekly program designed for youth ages 12-15. Similar to CrossFit Kids, participants will continue to build strength and control, as well as learn to perform more advanced movements and exercises. CrossFit Teens meets weekly on Wednesdays at 7:30, Thursdays at 7:00, and Sundays at 10:00.
