Powerlifting

Build Strength

Powerlifting focuses on building strength in the back squat, bench press, and deadlift. Along with these foundational movements, you will be performing accessory movements, core, and bodybuilding style exercises to ensure that you become stronger and more functional.

Online or in-Person

Powerlifting classes are in person on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturdays. If you can't make it to class, our programming is available online to do either at CFC or another location at your own time.
