Whether you’re a pro athlete, generally active, or haven’t worked out in a while, CrossFit is for YOU. At CrossFit Connection we work hard and have a great time doing it! The community is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the workouts are extremely rewarding. There’s no reason to be nervous. This was new to all of us at some point!

CROSSFIT 101

 The CrossFit 101 course consists of 6 training sessions, fitness consultation and assessment, nutritional consultation, and after graduation a further 6 weeks of CrossFit Fundamentals and CrossFit classes.
The Course is designed to bring you up to speed on the foundations of CrossFit; the form and technique of our movements, philosophy behind the CrossFit Program, and Nutrition Strategies we use to get incredible results.
During these six sessions your coaches will ramp up the intensity based on your ability, and assess your movements to create a personalized mobility program to improve your flexibility, performance, and safety.

CROSSFIT FUNDAMENTALS

CrossFit Fundametals  is a scaled down version of the full on CrossFit class. A little bit less intensity a little bit more rest. Less of the Olympic lifting moves and more bodyweight exercises. A great stepping stone for those wanting to do CrossFit. Classes still emphasize all of the basic CrossFit moves and methodology the pace is just a little slower. Much more time spent on practicing and refining the basic skills. Regular Crossfit class passes or Monthly unlimited passes will gain you access to these sessions.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit involves both aerobic and anaerobic exercise, gymnastics, weightlifting, sprinting, rowing and core exercises. Crossfit is a way to prepare yourself for any physical challenge. CrossFit is a kick ass workout….probably the hardest toughest thing you will ever do. Workouts are short and super intense, performed in a group setting and include any and all combinations of functional movements like lifting, jumping, throwing, pushing, pressing, pulling, running, rowing etc. Guaranteed to get you in the best shape of your life, massive improvements in cardio, stamina, speed, strength, flexibility, co-ordination, accuracy, agility, and balance.
