Crossfit is a fitness movement often described as having a "cultish" feel about it. It gets its reputation because it is probably the toughest workout you will ever encounter. That being said, with that toughness comes rapid results. It is an all-encompassing open-ended source sport involving gymnastics, Olympic lifting, aerobic and calesthenics all done very quickly and at high intensity, and if you are not prepared, it will kindly remind you of what you had for lunch by forcibly reintroducing it to you during or post workout. If that dosen't happen you will be almost assured that tackling a flight of stairs the next day will be a challenge.
As trainers it is our job to make sure your transition in to this brave new world of fitness comes with as little trauma as possible. That is why we have developed a 12 session starter program designed specifically to ease you into the world of Crossfit. It will teach you some of the basic crossfit movements so that you can execute them safely and effectively. It will also help pre-condition your body for crossfit itself.
We will help you determine if the 12 session program is right for you based on your current fitness level. If we determine it is the best way for you to get started you will be expected to complete the 12 sessions within 30 days of your first session. After the six sessions you will be ready to join our crossfit workouts. We have set the price of these six sessions at $129.99. A small financial committment to prepare you to join our workouts. We want people who work hard and are ready go. We take enormous pride in our community's fitness level so we make this time committment to you to get you started off on the right foot. We want you to be able to tackle those stairs the day following your first crossfit workout and we want you coming back for more.
