Today we had CBC here filming our noon class for a piece they are doing on CrossFit...I think this is airing tonight at 5:30 for those of you who want to watch....I was aiming for a workout that had tons of action and lots of weights being thrown around with some variety of movement and.....most importantly....a whole lot of PAIN.....from the look on peoples faces....before, during, and after.....I think I was successful.
