This workout was posted on the CrossFit Journal maybe a year ago....it is called "Freddie's Revenge" named after CrossFit Guru, and founder of One World CrossFit in California, Freddie Commacho. The workout was originally 185 lbs for guys and 115 lbs for girls....we are going to scale it back to 165 and 100 and see how it goes. The movement is shoulder to overhead anyway you like meaning you can use push press, strict press, push jerk, split jerk, you can even use one hand if that works for you. The movement is also done out of the rack and you can re rack it at anytime you need to.......
WOD
Strength : 4 sets of 5 reps BACK SQUAT
rest a few minutes
5 SHOULDER TO OVERHEAD
10 BURPEES
5 ROUNDS
