Not sure about everyone else, but for me, this last week was a little tough on the shoulders and and back.....Heavy Thrusters , tons of Pull ups, Heavy Deadlifts all make for a tired, sore, tight upper back and extremities. With that in mind today is all about LEGS....leg for strength, legs for met con with a little bit of core thrown in to catch your breath.

rest a few minutes
50 Double Unders
reps of 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 of
Wall Ball
Sit Ups
Box Jump Squats *
finish with
50 Double Unders
* the box jump squat is a jump squat where you land on the box then jump off the box and land in your full squat.
