This workout is a little twist...ok maybe little isn't quite the word, on a classic CrossFit Benchmark workout "Cindy". "Cindy" is really simple: 5 pull ups, 10 push ups , 15 squats that equals one round...complete as many rounds of this as possible in 20 minutes. A good score on "Cindy" is 20 rounds, a very good score is 25 rounds, and a really really awesome score is 30 rounds. For everyone, the kicker with "Cindy" is the push ups.... 5 pull ups are easy, 15 squats are almost a rest, but 10 push ups round after round after round gets really nasty in a hurry....
So this little twist on "Cindy" calls for 15 pull-ups, 30 push ups, and 45 squats equals one round...complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes......Yikes!!! I haven't done this one before but my thoughts are that it is going to get quite horrible on the push ups, like 1 or 2 at a time just to get the 30 done on the later rounds....
