We got kind of a funny complaint yesterday from our landlord that I thought I would share with everyone. Our neighbors from the Humane Society sent an email to our landlord about their concern over some of us from CrossFit. I guess in the last week we have had some tough workouts because the number of people that have been running outside to throw up around the corner of the building has increased. So.....hmmm .....In the future, if you can, do your best NOT to throw up in the flower gardens that face the offices of the Humane Society...lol. I think I will get a big garbage can and put it out there....maybe we can get PUKIE painted on it as well!!!!
