Yesterday's workout was kind of tough....maybe no tougher in the physical demands then any of the other workouts....but...tough on the hands!!! 150 pull ups will do a number on your hands, and the harder you have to kip the more friction you get with the bar and the more likely you are to tear your hands open. Do your best to take care of your hands....file them down keep them smooth it will make the high rep pull up experience much nicer.
Congrats to Sandi who has totally nailed her kipping pull ups now and has the blisters and tears to prove it

I also would like to take this opportunity to welcome our newest member to Crossfit Connection...lots of you already know him well and lots more of you will get to know him even better....He is a super awesome guy...he doesn't always come out to the workouts...generally he likes to make his appearance at only the toughest of times!!!!
