"Cindy" is a great little CrossFit workout....simple and easy with little equipment needs but oh so tough. One minute per round is a great pace to keep, which would give you a score of 20 rounds but be careful because those reps start to take their toll. Top score form yesterday at our gym was 31 rounds.
