Ab mat Sit Ups - unanchored
Double Unders
*squats are air squats hips below parallel on every rep and full hip and knee extension at the top. Push ups your chin touches the ground on every rep and you achieve full elbow lock out at the top. Sit ups your chest touches your knees on every rep.
