Congratulations to everyone that made it out, and made it through our final workout of 2008!!! Awesome effort on a very long and grueling workout. I think you all deserve to eat and drink and have a great time tonight!!!! Now tomorrow on our NEW YEARS DAY WORKOUT AT NOON you may regret that decision as you can expect something a little longer and a little tougher then usual.
On reflecting on the end of the year I must say that we are so happy that we opened CrossFit Connection . It is amazing when I look back at some of the early photos and some of the early workouts how far we have all progessed. It has also been wonderful to have the chance to get to know so many of you and to see the things that you are all capable of. It is you that has made us a success and we thank you so much for your dedicatation and perserverance. We have such a wonderful group of athletes and we look forward to continuing to work with you all in the New Year.
