Push and Pull....Throw and Slam.
Great combination today using a barbell and a medicine ball. Very tough workout with lots of strength moves and lots of anaerobic power. Use a weight that is challenging for the Push Press...it should be heavy enough that the set is broken up, meaning that you can't complete all 21 reps of push press in a row.
