We are so proud of all of you. All of you who have worked so hard since we opened CrossFit in April. We have seen many of you meet and exceed goals which, when you started with us, were probably never imaginable. You have done this all through sheer will power, strength, determination and grit. There is nothing more rewarding to us than to see you succeed.We thank you for letting us be a part of this and continue to share in your successes. Everyone has had thier own individual triumps and we applaud you all for that!

A Tabata Interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest completed 8 times or 4 minutes. Complete a full 4 minutes of each exercise before moving on to the next. take a 1 min break between each exercise.
