Last night we did a strong core workout with Atomic Sit ups which really fire up the core and shoulders and OverHead Plate Lunges which really work the shoulders, core and legs. Another one of those CrossFit workouts that look pretty easy when you see it on the board but becomes increasingly difficult as the rounds go on.
WOD
Atomic Sit Ups (10 lb plate for women, 25 for guys)
reps of 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
between each round put the weight straight overhead with 2 arms and lunge 2 lengths of the gym (approx. 50 ft)
